* The “Author’s fee” is intended as one per work (valid for both oral presentations and posters), i.e. it only applies to one among the authors indicated in the submitted abstract (this could be for example the main speaker or the corresponding author).
** Valid only for university students currently enrolled in a Graduate or Undergraduate degree program, providing a valid certificate.
– For the AIAT (Associazione Ingegneri per l’Ambiente e il Territorio) associates, proving a valid certificate of membership, a € 50 discount will be applied to the Standard fees. Please add “AIAT Member” in the “Organization” field, indicated in the registration form below.
The registration fees include:
✔ Participation to Meeting’s sessions
✔ Proceedings and Meeting’s material
✔ Wi-fi access to the Politecnico di Milano network
✔ Coffee breaks and lunches
✔ Transportation and technical visit to waste management facilities
✔ GALA dinner and social event at the end of the first day meeting (only with the “STANDARD 2 DAYS” , “AUTHORS & SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE” and “STUDENTS” registration fee).
We have also considered the possibility to add the participation to the GALA Dinner separately. In particular this option, selectable in the form below for an extra value of € 70,00 (+ VAT 22% , per person), is dedicated to:
- Participants who will attend only One Day of the conference but would like to participate to the Gala Dinner as well;
- Participants who would like to bring to the Gala Dinner an extra guest that won’t attend the conference during the day.
